    We set up Hospias around your hotel standards. The goal is simple: accurate drafts, sorted clearly, always approved by your team.

    Kick-off meeting

    We meet with the GM and department heads. Together, we identify the problems being faced and the solutions that can be implemented.

    Build the property playbook

    We collect your SOPs, templates, menus, service details and policies. We build a clear playbook designed to cover around 90% of the requests you receive.

    Drafts + sorting

    Once the playbook is ready, Hospias prepares a draft for each incoming email. Drafts are written in your tone and sorted by department (concierge, front office, reservations, F&B, spa…).

    Self-learning alignment

    The first version is always a real-life test. Some adjustments are normal — and policies can change over time.

    You simply tell Hospias:

    2. What draft was produced
    3. What you wanted instead

    We update the playbook. Next time, the draft matches your standards.

    After a month of real use, most drafts are strongly aligned with your standards.
